How we learn...

In kindergarten art, students learn about a wide variety of media, or art tools. We practice using crayons, markers, pencils, erasers, paint, modeling dough, scissors, and glue among other materials. An emphasis is placed on creativity and learning through play.

Art Shirts

Oversize shirts or smocks are a great idea to help keep students' clothing clean during art class. These are best kept in a gallon zip top bag with the student's name written on the outside. A name on the shirt itself is a good idea, too!
